工作职责：

职位描述：
Main Responsibilities
1. 作为项目的机械设计工程师进行机械设计技术相关支持工作。完成项目中机械设计、文档和装配调试相关现场支持等工作；
• As Mechanical Engineer, responsible for design work, in charge of mechanical design, documentation, site support, etc.
2. 参与部分细化工艺工作，如制作时序图，操作流程、焊点分配、焊枪选择，完善Layout等
Participate in reengineering work, such as making cycle time chat, loading sequence, distributing weld point, choosing welding gun, drawing layout, etc.
3. 依据客户需求，制定MCP及3D夹具方案。设计夹具3D、2D、采购清单及BOM; 参与项目实施过程中的设计标准制定与3D/2D设计质量审核
• Making MCP and 3D concept for fixtures base on customer requirements.
• Making 3D design, 2D drawing, Purchase part selection and BOM creation.
• Participate in design standard preparation and the 3D / 2D design review
4. 跟踪加工装配过程，并对过程出现的问题给予解决。
• Tracking processing and assembly
• solve the design related problem during the processing and assembly

任职要求：
Requirements
1. 机械类或汽车相关专业本科学历；
• Bachelor degree (or above) of mechanical or automotive engineering；
2. 白车身焊装工三年以上夹具设计经验、熟悉各主流车厂的设计标准；
• Three years working experience in fixture design of BIW. Be familiar with main car maker’s specifications.
3. 有丰富的夹具设计经验。具有较强的设计能力，
• Rich experience in fixture design。Have strong ability of fixture design
4. 熟练掌握Auto CAD, Word, Excel, Powerpoint，Catia；
• Skillful with Auto CAD, Word, Excel, Powerpoint，Catia
5. 英语听说读写熟练；
• Good English in speaking and writing.
6. 善于交流, 团队合作;
• Good communications skills and teamwork,
7. 愿意接受挑战，能承受压力，能独立完成工作；
• Willing to accept challenge, be able to work independently and work under pressure.
8. 愿意学习新技能及良好的学习能力
