工作职责：

1. 负责项目中的输送和传动装置的设计（包括滚床，缓存系统，Pickup 系统，积放输送，链输送，转台, 滑台等）；
· Being responsible for the design of convey system and transmission device in project (including rollerbed, buffer system, pickup system, accumulating convey, chain convey, turntable, slide table, etc.).
2. 输送计算校核，输送方案定义，进行详细3D/2D设计；
· Working on transportation calculation, transport solution definition, detail design.
3. 从事传动装置的设计,与设计者共同完成方案，三维建模及二维图纸；
· Working on transmission mechanism design; working with designer to finish concept, 3D model and 2D drawing.
4. 控制(协调)供应商的方案。管理输送供应商的设计工作，负责设计质量考核；
· Controlling the solution from the supplier.
· Managing the design of conveyor supplier.
· responsible to design quality assessment.
5. 配合项目设计工程师完成项目的细规划工作；
· Supporting project design engineer for reengineering work of project.
6. 参与部门内部经验交流、培训、持续优化及其他部门基础工作；
· Participate in the basic department work including sharing experience, training, continuous improvement, etc.

任职资格：

1. 机械类或汽车相关专业本科学历；
· Bachelor degree (or above) of mechanical or automotive engineering.
2. 3以上年相关行业的工作经验（汽车制造行业，重工业）；
· 3 + years working experience in related industry (automotive industry or heave industry).
3. 至少精通以下设备中的几种：滚床，缓存系统，Pickup 系统，积放输送，链输送，转台, 滑台；
· at least be skillful in some of the following system: rollerbed, buffer system, pickup system, accumulating convey, chain convey, turntable, slide table.
4. 熟练进行传动计算和产品选型（电机，减速箱，链条，皮带等），并能进行校核计算；
· Skill in transmission mechanism calculation and product selection (motor, gear box, chain, belt ,etc), related capability of verification.
5. 熟练掌握Auto CAD, Word, Excel, Powerpoint，Catia；
· Skillful with Auto CAD, Word, Excel, Powerpoint,Catia.
6. 英语听说读写熟练；
· Good English in speaking and writing.
7. 善于交流, 团队合作；
· Good communications skills and teamwork.
8. 愿意学习新技能及良好的学习能力。
· Willing to learn new technology，and be good at learning.
